I offer individual massages with the use of the Tibetan singing bowls, chakras re-balancing with the use of tuning forks and relaxing sound baths sessions with Tibetan singing bowls, shaman drums, gongs, tank drum, koshi chimes and other instruments. I can teach you how to use the singing bowls for yourself.
Singing bowls massage
A massage with the Tibetan singing bowls allows you to relax and helps to get rid of the blockages that might disturb the free flow of energy through your body. Feel and experience the effect of the vibrations produced by the Tibetan singing bowls on your body, mind and spirit

Sound bath/ meditation
You will be taken on a relaxing journey with the singing bowls, gongs, shaman drums and other instruments as your guides. You can lie down and let yourself be taken away by the beautiful and soothing sounds. The sound bath sessions take place in groups and are organised at different locations in The Hague and surroundings

How to use singing bowls
Learn how to hold the singing bowls and the different techniques of playing them with various mallets. Find out which tones correspond with which chakra and how to use them for your own benefit.
